Lakeside Yoga

While enjoying the sunset we will refuel our spirit with an outdoor hatha yoga session in front of the lake. The practice starts with pranayama (breathing techniques), asanas (postures) and concludes with the relaxing sound of Tibetan bowls. You'll feel new sensations inside of your body in every breath and - outside of you - mountains, water, blue sky over your head follow and increase yours feelings. This experience is all about BODY-MIND-SPIRIT- NATURE CONNECTION.. It's possible to book also private classes in different places in the area. Up to 10 guests ages 10 and up can attend.
